Edradour 22 Year Old Amarone Cask Finish

A highly limited, premium single malt released to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Edradour, founded in 1825 and renowned as one of Scotland's smallest traditional distilleries. Because it spent over two decades in heavy red wine casks, the profile is velvety, decadent and deeply fruity.

Nose. Opulent and elegant — heavy red berries, dark cherries and sugared walnuts over fine oak spice, leather and a delicate hint of chocolate mousse.

Palate. Full-bodied and complex, with bursts of jammy berries, dried fruit, espresso and rich cocoa. The Amarone influence brings a dense, vinous undertone reminiscent of high-quality dessert wine.

Finish. Long, warming and slightly dry, leaving oak spice, fruit and subtle almond and blond tobacco.

Ballechin 20 Year Old 1st Fill Bourbon Barrels

A highly limited, heavily peated premium single malt from Edradour, released under the Ballechin label reserved for their robust, peaty whiskies. Distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2024. Two full decades exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels — sourced from Old Grand-Dad — give a masterful balance of earthy smoke and creamy sweetness.

Nose. Deep and refined — campfire smoke and wet earth, balanced by baked apple, heather and rich vanilla.

Palate. Full-bodied and concentrated: sweet bourbon wood, warm spice and shortbread layered over roasted almonds, fresh ginger and warming peat smoke.

Finish. Long-lasting and heavily smoky, with warm peat, spicy oak, honey and a satisfyingly dry, ashy close.

Ardbeg Traigh Bhan 19 Year Old (Batch 2)

A sought-after premium single malt from the iconic Islay distillery, named after the local Traigh Bhan beach — the Singing Sands. Produced in small batches and released annually, it offers a rare glimpse of an older, gracefully matured Ardbeg. Nineteen years across American oak and Oloroso sherry casks give an elegant balance of soothing wood smoke and vibrant, zesty fruit.

Nose. Restrained and aromatic — fresh lime and roasted tea leaves opening onto gentle wood smoke, toasted oak and maritime salinity.

Palate. Smooth and complex: sweet smoked pineapple, aniseed and dark chocolate, the sherry adding richness and spice over Ardbeg's signature earthy peat.

Finish. Long, elegant and gently smoky, with sweet vanilla, citrus and a warm coastal smoke.

Murray McDavid Mission Gold — The Peat Chronicles

An exceptionally rare 27-year-old blended malt from Islay, distilled in 1997 and released in the prestigious Mission Gold series, bottled exclusively for the German market. Twenty-seven years of maturation culminating in a Premier Cru Bordeaux cask finish make for an extraordinary marriage of mature Islay peat and vinous elegance.

Nose. Complex and inviting — deep earthy peat smoke interwoven with dark fruit, blackberry jam and worn leather, lifted by toasted oak and red wine tannins.

Palate. Rich and full-bodied: dark cherry, plum and blackcurrant from the Bordeaux cask, balanced by coastal maritime notes, ashy campfire smoke and dark chocolate.

Finish. Exceptionally long and warming, with sweet red berries, spicy oak and a fading, elegant peat smoke.
